The Rope Trick

The Rope Trick – Make your waist slimmer in a couple of Weeks This is one of Julie’s favourites!  A simple, yet effective way of helping you slim down after the long winter months:

 

  • find a suitable length of rope long enough to go around your waist
  • Tie it neatly around your waist
  • Keep relaxed but waist pulled off the rope
  • Keep the rope on for up to 10 minutes
