If you live and exercise in the Seasonal system, you will know seasons don’t just change overnight, its a gradual change.   Your lifestyle should reflect what is happening out there in nature. If the weather is colder you still need hot warming foods, Spring green soup, hot ginger tea. As the weather warms up your diet can cool down introducing green juicing daily into your diet.

Its the time to detox and get energy back into your life, get up earlier and get moving!
