Do try the obvious things first – Logout and close all open browser sessions; restart the Browser; try a different browser; try a different network (go get a coffee!); try restarting the computer; try a different device
Note that Apple Mac, Desktop PC, Safari and Chrome browsers are (mostly) supported. We have seen average results for Windows Edge browser and some Android Phones. Accessing the sites from a Internet Browser on a TV isn’t recommended

How to Clear your Browser Cache
One thing that you can try if you are having difficulties accessing any of the sites is to close any open browser tabs, restart the browser or restart your computer. If that doesn’t work you can try clearing your browser cache (forcing it to download everything fresh next time you visit our sites). Note that depending on the options that you take your saved passwords may be removed (forcing you to re-enter them).
