Our Blended Online Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training is suitable for those who are looking for a Teacher Training Certificate or those who have completed our Foundation Training with us and are now looking to become a Yoga Teacher
Seasonal Yoga School is evolving our wealth of information to embrace the new online universe we all find ourselves in and involves both Online Zoom conference calls and in-person Webinars with class mates and course directors at scheduled times throughout the course.
Suitable for those with a yoga practice now looking to teach.
This course is designed to be studied across two Semesters (Yin/Yang Seasons) to give you a deep understanding of how to teach and practice Seasonal Yoga. Join your class mates online to explore in two 3 month semesters the details of the Yin Season – (Autumn, Winter, Spring) and the Yang Seasons (Early Summer, Summer, Late Summer) and practice and develop Yoga skills and knowledge with a Seasonal perspectve.Each Season covers topics in Physical, Energy, Meridians, Nutrition, Teaching Tips, Seasonal Specialities and Face Reading.
Approximately 150 hours of study and 50 hours of direct teacher contact

Seasonal Flow Teacher Training
Our Seasonal Flow Teacher Training is suitable for those who have completed the Foundation Course and those who are existing 200 hour Yoga Teachers who are interested in adding Seasonal Yoga to their teaching offerings or have a deep sense of enquiry
Seasonal Yoga Online has a wealth of information for those not able to attend an in-class training or those with time constraints that need to work at their own pace.
This course is designed to be studied in Season to give you a deep cellular understanding of how to teach and practice Seasonal Flow. You can study over 8 weeks in one Season practicing the skills you are learning or teaching to your classes. The best way to study is over a one year period in six bite size modules with each Season covering topics in Physical, Energy, Meridians, Nutrition, Teaching Tips, Seasonal Specialities and Face Reading.
Approximately 10 hours of study and 10 hours of applied practice per season
