How is a Seasonal Flow Class different?
Seasonal Yoga classes change 6 times a year to match the energy of the Season and the energy lines in your body according to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). What this means is, depending on the Season, the class will be different. Winter is a slower, flow based yoga (Yin); Spring is detoxing and stretching, growing out of the Winter Season; Early Summer stretches the fascia and opens your body; Summer is the peak Season and the time to sweat; Late Summer is earthing, balancing and restorative; and Autumn works with the breath and processing your stuff!
