This season is vital to us as yoga teachers both in our personal practice and in connecting with our yoga community, It’s the warm up to summer, the time that you look inward and truly connect where your personal practice is and where you are in your yoga business.
Its only four weeks long, a short time to work on cultivating your communication skills both with yourself and your clients.
I love this time of year because it’s a time that you are given permission to look inward and ask the question, “What do I really want?”, and, “How do I really feel?”. Answers below, please! With love, as usual, Julie x

THE GREAT DATA PROTECTION RUMPUS – 1 YEAR ON – BY GRAEME
Remember all the fuss? Did it really change anything? General Data Protection Regulation became law in the UK on the 25th of May last year to much hullabaloo. The regulation we all thought would put an end to spam emails, less junk through our letter boxes and sunnier weather! Well, we got one of these (make sure to put on your sun screen!) but the other two actually seemed to have gotten worse.

One of the most important things to do for your business as a Yoga Teacher is to create a feeling that your customer group (or the trendy new word for it) “Tribe”, feel like they belong. People by nature like to be in a community and to have a sense of being connected and important to others. These two basic needs are two of six detailed below.
